Return and Exchange Policy:

• Oud Khaleej provides its customers with a return period of 3 days from the date of shipment arrival to the customer.
• In the case of orders during promotional periods, the return period is extended to 10 days.
• The customer is given a free trial of 2% not to exceed 5 grams in the oud wood (pure agarwood) section. For rare Oud (labeled as such), the customer is given a free trial of only 1 gram.
• If more than one free trial amount is used, the full deficit will be deducted along with the free trial amount.
• Returns are not allowed if usage exceeds 10% of the weight of the oud wood, not to exceed 15 grams for a single item from the oud wood - pure agarwood sections.
• Returns of rare Oud (labeled as such) are not allowed if usage exceeds 5 grams.
• In the return of oils, it is required that the trial be done in small dots on fabric.

Perfume oils cannot be returned in the following cases:

• trial of more than 5% of its weight not to exceed one gram
• use on skin
• pouring the oil into quarter bottles in case of wholesale purchase in one package.

Customers have the right to exchange and return goods provided that:

• The product is kept in good condition.
• The attached tags are not removed.
• The original packaging is intact and undamaged.
• After contacting customer service, the return slip is sent.
• The amount is refunded to the customer's account upon receipt and verification of the product. Cost of return shipment will be deducted and remaining amount will be returned.

Amounts are refunded to the customer in the same manner of purchase, so:

• Electronic payments are refunded to the same payment card.
• Bank transfers are refunded by bank transfer to the same account.
